In the past year, I have been spending a lot of time on Instagram and only recently (within the past… 4 months) started to follow various accounts of whom frequently post things related to organising their lives as students.

One of the users that I follow call themselves ExamGradeBoosters and they recently ‘published’ an e-book that challenges readers to improve their habits in the period of two weeks (i.e. 14 days).

Me being the slow-type, I plan on taking it a little slower, but to progress nonetheless.

Here, you’ll be seeing me post some of the exercises that the e-book asks of me. From what I’ve read, a lot of the exercises have to do with reflecting on what’s stopping you and what you could do about it.
